My name is Christine and I’m an educator just like you. I help empower teachers to create classroom environments where students go from overwhelmed, distracted, and insecure to calm, focused, and confident learners, one mindful minute at a time.
MEET THE TEACHER
Hey there! My name is Christine Levine. As an elementary teacher of twenty-five years, I understand your challenges. The constant tug-of-war with distractions, the struggle to reach emotionally overwhelmed students, and the uphill battle against fixed mindsets.
Not too long ago, I was in a familiar place of frustration and overwhelm. Like you, I was dedicated to helping my students learn and grow, but I often felt defeated by the challenges and demands we encountered each day. I relied on the same strategies, hoping for better results, yet consistently faced the same obstacles. However, my journey took a transformative turn when I discovered the power of mindfulness in the classroom. Integrating mindfulness has brought a sense of calm and focus to our days and has significantly enhanced the social-emotional well-being of myself and my students.
Alongside my teaching role, I am a certified yoga instructor, social-emotional learning educator, and breathwork and mindfulness facilitator. These various roles have allowed me to witness firsthand the transformative power of mindfulness practices in the classroom. Through it all, I’ve discovered what works, what doesn’t, and the practices that make a BIG difference. If we want different results, we have to DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT.
Are you ready to embark on a journey that will revolutionize your classroom experience? I invite you to join me in nurturing mentally strong students and peaceful classroom communities, one mindful minute at a time.
Warm regards,
Christine Levine

Any kind of movement that allows us to check in with our bodies and move in a way that can help us lower stress, release energy, focus, and strengthen our body-mind connection.
Simply put, breathwork or breathing techniques, is the practice of intentionally focusing on and channeling the breath. There are many forms of breathwork. The breathing techniques I teach are developmentally appropriate for children of all ages.
The Important Benefits of Breathwork for Children:
-help children manage and reduce stress and anxiety
-help children manage difficult emotions and regulate their responses to stressors
-create calm in the brain and body regulating the fight-or-flight response
-help children direct their thoughts better and concentrate and focus on tasks for longer periods of time
-enhance oxygen in the blood, which can result in sustained energy levels and improve stamina
Research suggests that even one or two minutes of breathwork can help children improve their focus, calm their bodies, and relieve anxiety.
