HOW TO USE THIS RESOURCE:

Share and discuss the poster, What is an Intention?

Start each morning or first day of the week with the Setting Intentions mindfulness exercise. 

Read the script or play the included video and follow along. 

Students can share their intentions in many ways, such as sharing aloud with the whole class, pair-share with a partner, or writing it down on a sticky note or in an agenda planner. 

Revisit the intentions throughout the week, celebrating all the wins, big or small, of your students.
