This Peaceful Conflict Resolution resource includes everything you need to teach students how to resolve conflicts peacefully, respectfully, and with compassion.

It can be utilized by classroom teachers, counselors, psychologists, or administrators. Peaceful Conflict Resolution helps us to express what we want or feel without blame or judgment and listen without feeling judged or criticized.

It practices mindful listening and speaking. It can resolve conflicts, improve safety and trust, and strengthen relationships.

There are 4 steps to peaceful conflict resolution, also referred to as non-violent communication. First, make an observation. Second, express a feeling. Third, express a need or value. Last, make a request.
